Personality in the Work Context

This research is designed to investigate the role of personality in the work setting. It is being conducted by Thomas Mitchell, and Dr. Janet Yun at the Unversity of Baltimore. Everyone 18 or older can participate! This study is specifically advertised to University of Baltimore students attending courses in the Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences. However, Towson University students as well as non-students are welcome to participate. UB students who signed up for this study through Sona-Systems will receive extra credit for their participation. Towson University students who wish to receive extra credit should contact Dr. John Michel at 410-704-2693 or Dr. Patricia Alt at 410-704-2236.

The tasks

1. Complete a personality inventory (20-30 minutes)
2. Complete a couple questionnaires (20-30 minutes)
3. Provide the email address and name of a supervisor who will also complete a personality inventory. (5 minutes)
4. Answer some questions about your relationship with your supervisor (5-10 minutes)
5. Complete a second personality inventory (20-30 minutes)

Total Time:  1-2 hours
